Serrion watched her and then saddly whispered. "Would you feel the same way if my choice ended up being Sheakria? It might be something along the same likes of what she would feel if I choose you."

Fury's talons clenched at the name, digging roughly through the dirt. Her tail spike's spade left a stabbing mark in the ground as her whole body tensed up. Still she relaxed and frowned. Her eyes shut sadly. "If that is what you wanted for your life I'd allow it... but I wouldn't like it. Still perhaps you'd manage to be a good influence on her attitude issues. I don't know."

"Perhaps. I do not believe her entirely beyond redeeming." He then paused and sadly looked at his claws. "She was a soldier in that battle Fury. However much she enjoyed that night she would have not attacked the moon dragons if she had not been ordered so. But I have one question that remains unanswered. If I asked you, would you accept me?"

"Being a soldier doesn't excuse her. She wasn't ordered to pursue me but she does. She still enjoys that night every time she battles me. I won't agree that she wouldn't have attacked my Clan without orders. She is loyal but not immune to the temptation of a grand battle to test her skills," Fury replied. At his last question she stopped speaking. There was a long silence and a sad sort of smile. "I have wanted you to ask for a long time but I never would force you to do so out of loyalty or guilt. I want nothing less than love and respect from a mate, Serrion. If that is what you would agree to then yes I would accept you. You and I have spent many good times together and I will never forget that... but if you wished for some different dragoness I would never force my hand. I only want what makes you happy. If it means giving up the idea of you because you chose her or some one else I would change my mind as well and choose another."

Serrion leaned over and nuzzled Fury's neck. He was smiling just a little. "Thank you, that is good to know." He closed his eyes for a moment and his scales started to glow a little, like the flames that covered him in the Flame Avatar form were somehow hidden underneath this time. He seemed to whisper something to himself. Eventually by mention of its name it became obvious he was talking to Crimson.

Fury's eyes glittered in the reflection of the firelight against her golden irises. Yet she was unafraid of and very much unfazed by the presence of Crimson. Serrion speaking to the Hellkite was nothing new. She settled down into a lazy doze, closing her eyes and simply listening to the tone of his voice instead of the syllables themselves. Their conversation was none of her business.

Eventually Serrion blushed and then lowered his head as well onto his front feet. He stopped speaking to Crimson and his scales dulled to normal. "I'm sorry, he felt he could not wait to speak with me."

With a shrug, Fury opened her eyes. "It is fine. I will not berate you for speaking to him. After all, you two are partners of sorts correct?"

Serrion shrugged. "Yes, in a parasitic or symbiotic sort of way." Then the red dragon smiled at her. "It is hardly friendship even, after all it's hard to consider him as a separate being and not as just another part of myself. But he has certain wisdom locked within him, it is like having forgotten something important a long time ago and remembering it just as you need it." Serrion paused. "I am beginning to think he has certain foresight as well."

"Sounds... irritating. Yet it sounds amazing as well. My only experience with such things has been temporary contact with spirits or the spirit realm. I cannot imagine what having a Hellkite is like. In fact I can't even imagine what it is like for Talana with Sama or even for my father with his own spirit half. I feel sort of left out in a way but it is for the best. My forte lies in healing magic and not in spirit magic."

Serrion paused a moment, listening to something unheard. "Crimson says they are not so far apart... That Healing is the middle ground between Spirit and Nature."

"True... It is rumored that once Moon Dragons were well versed in nature magic. However it split and branched into deep rooted healing magic. Eventually we dropped nature all together, not wanting to remain a druidism based society. As for spirit, well we still have that obviously... just in different manners."

He turned to look at her a moment, and tilted his head curiously. "Have you ever had relatives of yours, or other spirits, speak to you in your head?"

She paused and nodded. "Yes. Over the years I've spoken to a few spirits of Moon Dragons. This of course includes my mother and father at some points. Other than relatives, generally not. Occasionally I will hear from Sama if she has something to share but I believe she prefers to assist Talana over all others due to their connection."

"Well it is similar to that but... Might you let me into your mind? You should hide your thoughts if you do not wish me to hear some of them, but do not worry to guard them well, I will not pry."
