Gold feathers laid in a trail of blood; Kaizer had been shot by an arrow in the arm. Clinching his teeth around it he ripped it out was a painful grow and laid down in his own blood looking at the entrance to the city. If anyone was to come out he wondered if they would attack him or worst, dragons out here. For protection he laid his head down so he would appear dead, with the blood all around him it looked very convincing.

Nearly as soon as he was there. Dragons and humans came out. Two dragons got on either side of him and lifted him up on their shoulders. The humans were running around in chaos. Something like this was usually un expected. Until the dragon Galla came. The elder of this clan. She ordered them to carry the wounded dragon into the city and sent the humans off to find something to bandage his wounds.

Kaizer wanted to bite them, to fight, yet he knew he should get it treated. Anyways, once it was healed he would just escape. "Where are you taking me?" He was a telepathy; Sky dragons could never hear each other voices over the wind so they gain this ability. He flexed his claws yet pain shot threw his arm as he growl in pain.

~We are taking you inside so you can be treated properly.~ Galla sent back to him. ~We leave no dragon for dead.~

Kaizer glared at them and replied back. "This better be temporary so I can leave this human drench place," He voice was harshly toned and so was his expression but it calm down. " But I thank you." His tail dragged on the ground, sometimes it was a pain being so long. He watched the humans run around, a part of him like the chaos in the air from the humans.

"You will be set free as soon as you are better. You can chose to leave before hand even if you arn't better. Though that would be foolish." Galla said as anouther dragon lifted up his tail from the ground. "And do not be so harsh on the humans. They may have caused your wound. But it was not from any of ours."

Galla then sighed. "Well I will be going now. You will be brought to a cave where you can rest, and food will be brought. We should have someone to heal your wounds completely soon." Then she walked off.

It would be here, Alaric made his first entrance. Through the bush, as a man-made clearing, with a fire in the middle. Beside the fire was a palette made of animal skins and furs. Obviously a make-shift bed, however, obscure in its choice of material. Beside the bed was a small stone with a Runic letter "tîwaz" carved into the stone -- a tribute to the Gothic god Tyz. Where was Alaric? Sitting beside alongside the edge of his clearing, with the hilt of his sword in one hand, pointing the blade to the ground and hammering a stone along it's edge. Why? Sharpening the blade. He was new to these lands, and since he had been constantly been on the move, migrating from the northern shore, looking for a fine place to settle, he had had no real use of the blade aside from keeping it in its scabbard at his side. He had relied mostly on his spear, his bow and quill, and his Seacs, which was a long-bladed knife he used to skin his catch. Unbeknownst to him was, however, a great city, not far from his little clearing in the brush -- filled with Dragons.. or "Drage" as he called them in hise native tongue. But here, Alaric had yet to even acknowledge their existence outside of his Ásatrú religion. But oh well. What he doesn't know can't hurt him, right? .. Or is that putting too much faith into one little thing? Either way, Alareiks went his quiet, merry way sharpening his blade, mumbling to himself in Gutnish as he did so. Although... there were some odd sounds far off in the distance...

A young blue dragon ran by, suddenly stopping and staring at Alaric. His eyes were fixated on the human. "Hello." he smiled, walking closer. "What brings you around these parts?"

Alaric stopped his chore, sky-blue eyes turning to look at the beast that lay before him. A slight look of surprise, though not feeling entirely threatened. Afterall, the thing was small. He didn't need to fend it off with his sword, the Seacs would do just fine. And with that, Alaric's hand reached towards his boot, grabbing onto the hilt, though not taking his eyes off the small reptilian creature. Slowly drawing the blade from his footing, he spoke slowly.
"Drage, dig turde til hæða en maður sem Ég? Ónverstandig, álhöwel uw stommiteit wil schielijk einde! Have me for your feast? I think not!"
And Alareiks removed the Seacs from his boot fully, before climbing to his feet, and stancing himself for a fight.
"Komm! Let's see just how much of a beast you really are! Til Helvete!"

The blue laughed. "You really are a strange one aren't you?" He sat down on his haunches and smiled. "Anyway, it seems you speak a rather strange language...I wish I knew it. It sounds rather interesting. All I can manage is mild draconic!" He yawned. "My name's Zadell...You can call me Zay. What's your name?" He didn't seem to notice, or care, that Alaric was trying to fight him.

Galla watched the blue talking to the human from the corner of her eyes. For a human to act hostile without a reason like that was a crime here. But she would just watch and see what happened. If the human did attack the dragon, she was sure the blue could defend it'self. But Galla would see to the matter personally.

Alaric stood poised, even after the beast had dropped its guard and basically shrugged him off. So casual.. and he under stood what it said! How could Beats of Lore speak the tongues of men? Mystery aside, Alaric himself, slowly dropped to his knees, though the Seacs was still clenched into his fist.
" How is it you are.. so.. normal.. around me? Is it not your intention to feast upon me? Drage ëten mannen!! Ðat zéjn velk når de vólksøverlevering snakk... "
He was puzzled. This creature was.. exactly that! A Creature! A beast! A carnivorous beast! Surely the flesh of man and animal is what it fed upon! Should he trust it for now.. or keep his guard? Alaric was confused...

Zadell smiled. "I've lived around humans all my life! My clan lives side-by-side with them. I'm just acting around you as I do around them....And feast? On YOU? No way!" He laughed. "I've never tasted it before, and never will, but I believe that human flesh probably wouldn't be very delicious. I'll stick with deer meat, thank you."

Humans? And Drage? Side by side? Even weirder was that it said it didn't eat men. But then again.. Venison was good eating. Alaric.. though still feeling unnerved decided that it was safe to place his Seacs back into his boot, and after doing so, he returned to his former task of sharpening his sword, though he didn't completely ignore the creature. In fact, Alaric was glad to have his hand grasping the hilt of his blade.. just in case it decided to try human flesh for a change.
" If what you say be true.. then you'll forgive and forget my rash nature. I've never seen such creatures before. And wait.. "
Alaric paused. It's clan? All it's life? Uh oh..
"There are... more of you?"
Alaric, unfortunately, hoped for the better, but felt as abandoned and barren as Midgard after Ragnarok. His eyes shifted about, examining the best with a bit more of an open mind. This was, after all, a creature no one where he had come from had seen in their lifetime, but had heard of through folklore. Hell, even those Christian men who came trying to spread their God unto his tribes had heard of them.. but actually seen one -- yet, CONVERSED with one.. this was a feat he greatly doubted.
" I hope not for Jörgmungandr.. "
