"But would it not be smart to continue trying to win him to our side? Surely two hellkites are better than destroying one even though yours is much more powerful?" Sheakria asked, trying to sort out just what would become of Serrion. If he went to Ebony in the end and Nyrakk was stronger than Crimson he would surely perish. Joining her Lord was certainly the safest option.

"I doubt it is possible to convince him, I've tried many methods and not one had worked." Gaulroach shook his head. "And as long as he is opposing me then he is a threat, even on my side Crimson would be a threat because his loyalty would always be in question."

She nodded, thoroughly understanding. So either option would end badly for Serrion and obviously for her prospects with him. "I will deliver the message immediately. He likely isn't far from his friends and they are always easy to locate. I will be back in time for the next battle with the Shining Scales."

Gaulroach looked to her and then nodded. "I have faith in you. You always deliver as promised." What he didn't add was that there was one thing he wasn't sure she was capable of. Trying to draw Serrion to his side using Sheakria was a method long in the running. He was more then aware that the Emerald dragoness had interest in the blood dragon as a mate. What he couldn't be sure on was if Serrion desiring Sheakria would be enough to overpower the blood dragon's hatred of him...

Sheakria nodded. "Of course. I always make sure not to disappoint you Lord Gaurloach."
She herself had another thing in mind. She would visit Serrion and of course deliver the message with a quick attack to keep him on his toes...but she would also be sure to check on him. She needed to be sure he was well and that there weren't any other threats to him. She could keep an eye on Gaulroach for the most part but if Rafael or Ebony made a move things were more difficult.
