Half-Dragons
Dragons are very magical creatures and many learn the spell to change form rather easily, naturally it is easier for a dragon to turn into the shape of a lessor creature than it is for the lessor creature to turn into a mighty dragon. Dragons are also capable of breeding with just about any other creature in existence. It does not matter whether the dragon side is male or female, though should the dragon be female she will have to stay in her non-dragon form through the entire pregnancy or risk killing her children when she transforms. Half-Dragons appear as members of whatever race they were born to but with draconic characteristics which can appear in a variety of ways. These can include anything from scales, to claws or even wings and it is rare for any half-dragons, even twins, to share the same qualities.

Jettavian or better known as "Cloaks" are a creation of Ebony. Despite her hatred of Wyverns in general (something to do with her past apparently), Ebony did use Wyverns as a servant or at least for a sort of base for one.
The Jettavian are a strange race to behold and as a result very often wear black cloaks to hide their bodies from view. This is obviously where their nickname derived. Also the name refers to their often shadowy magic (while a Jettavian is not strong in it, they can use both pyromancy and necromancy. They are also adept at controlling shadows but only to hide themselves. It is not attack but in fact purely defensive in use.) the name "Cloak" also refers to their position.
The race is, in truth, often used by Ebony as assassins or as back-up for Dragons who serve as assassins or under the same category. They also make good thieves due to inheriting the speed of their Dragon kin as well as the vision of Dragons. Fortunately their Wyvern genes do not handicap their intelligence but rather enhances it with natural instincts (which humans do not generally have).
Without their cloaks, a Jettavian is a strange sight to behold. Standing about at least a few heads (perhaps half a foot or up to a whole foot) taller than the average Human male, they certainly hold a height advantage in battle. This height is not for strength however which can easily be seen by how thin their forms actually are. (Think Greyhounds, slim enough to be fast but not enough to be disgusting.)
Their bodies are covered in scales but only in certain places, the rest is a leathery sort of hide. These certain places would be their legs (feet usually up to knee level and then patches of scales extending up the legs), tails (to have them armored, their tails end in the typical Wyvern stinger though their poison is less potent than a full-blooded Wyvern's is), hands (at times extending even all the way up to the elbow), face (light peppering along the sides of the face, often around the eyes), and back (again as armor since they have spikes down their backs as any normal Wyvern would).
Having taloned hands and feet, one would expect them to have some more dragon nature to them. However one thing can be sure, they are indeed Wyvern-based due to having leathery wing-like membranes connecting their arms to their sides (wrist to hip level). Often enough this gets torn and it is not for flying as not even the Jettavian with a larger "wingspan" can fly. They are strictly earth-bound creatures. Some use this as a parachute to glide from higher heights or slow a fall. Others find it a restriction to movement and slit the membrane so it is gone completely. It is up to the individual.
Note: Jettavian is both singular and plural much like "fish" or "deer".
