Dark Side of the Moon (moon for short) gantly, a tiny bit at a time began to pull at the matal links adorning her body, muscles bulged that you dident expact on such a fragile looking creature and the metal strained, pushing into her skin and the ruth, badly made edges dup into her skin, making small tricles of blood weep over her snow white coat. "If...I..hadent...had...that...blasted...fight..with...a...featherdserpent...I..would..have anough...strengh...and...magical...power...to...escape!" She mutterd slowly, putting all her energy into pulling. Just a little closer... her horn could almost touch Gelas cage....

Just then everyone in the market heard furious roaring as a big cage was pulled in. It was longer than it was tall and the creature inside was the source of the roaring. Its head, arms, legs and tail were chained to the floor and its wings were bound to its body, but it was still struggling and roaring, despite the fact that a metal loop held its mouth shut. Everyone stepped back as it was pulled in. Everyone tried to get a good look at it, though. It was a half-dragon.

Moon stopped pulling and fel back, exoursted and breathing hard. "So closs, yet so far" she lemented. After a while she turned round to see what was making all that noise. Oh a half dragon, things were getting even more interesting.

It seemed to be red at first, but its colour shifted from red to purple to blue to green and finally settled on silver. It lifted its head and its electric blue eyes stared right at the two of them. Its cage, they noticed, was covered in magic, as were the chains. This half-dragon was powerful. A voice drifted into their minds, soft and quiet. It was the voice of the half-dragon. I... am Light that Walks in Shadows. You may call me LightShadow for short. Humans caught me while I was helping my friend escape. Who are you, and why are you here?"

I am Gela, a shapeshifter of many years... I am here much for the same reason you are. From what I can say of humans and their greed we are all here as prizes they caught to be sold for money. the small dragon answered. He then directed his attention back to Moon. My movement is highly restricted, but I am only in a cage while you are bound in chains... perhaps I could attempt to move myself closer to you by shaking until my container is knocked over? After that I could simply try to roll towards you.

"Hmm... if you could your roll cage close to my claws I could cut the bars so you could get out." said LightShadow.

The seals must be magically removed. No amount of physical attack could destroy them. Which is why Moon must be the one to free me.

LightShadow growled a bit. You are suggesting I am not magical enough? Just try to roll closer to me. I will help you get free. I can do it.

Levian watched the other creatures with interest, his silver eyes expresionless. Though that may have just been because a Sea dragon's eyes were so much different than that of a normal dragon's. It sat there, partially out of the water with it's front claws holding it steady. A sea dragon was unlike most natural animals, it could breath both air and water, possessing both gills and a set of lungs. The Sea dragons were also capable of opperating on land like a snake, though they were not capable of flight.

{Only just spotted this one. *headdesk* Hope you don't mind if I join in guys. ^^}
Hidden away to the left of the shapeshifter's prison, a small bone cage swung gently in the breeze, hung on the bar of one of the many abandoned stalls.
Not many buyers or vendors stopped by it, because its contents were, on the whole, rather unremarkable. A small crow with unusually glossy black feathers and an odd white marking on its chest feathers looked out at the world with an astute gaze. Regarding the goings-on from its battered perch, the crow leaned its head against the bars of the cage, and seemed to smile.
~Y'know, if I 'ad any money ta bet, I'd bet all o'it that a vendor's goin' to come along, n' you're all goin' to get caught, n' caged even worse than ya're now.~

*Sorry I havent been able to come on this again for a lil bit, my internet was messing up yesterday*
Moon shook her head just slightly at the half dragon "Im sure you have lots of magical properties but even from her I can see that the runes say only a creature of dark or light or the owner of the key can relise its contents" To the crow she answerd "Better to try then to just wait to be solled and kept confined forever or butcherd for your meat"

The dragon stretched his wings as best he could. Once I am free there will be no catching me. I am a shifter. I can hide however I want.
~You wouldn't be here if you could, Gela.~ a musical voice commented. He turned his head to a cage where a human seemed to be sitting. Her ears were pointed, her clothes simple and plain... yet there was something about her besides her cat-like ears or her slim build. Her long brown hair shimmered as her skin did. Some magic of sort hung in the air around her. Two golden feathered wings were folded over her back, pressed against the metal.
Oi, what do you know? You're just a muck up of an elf. he argued.
~Humph! At least I'm not trapped in a BIRD cage!~

The crow leaned back.
~'Ey, I'm in a cage o'ere - n' they're underrated I tell ya. More comftable than a tank.~ The black bird grinned.
~'An I've 'ad a lot of experience wiv them things.~

"This foolish arguing is wasting time. I shall try to get myself free so I can help the rest of you." She started mumbling an incantation, but it stopped. "Dratted chains, they're stopping my spells. I suppose I'll have to do this the old fashioned way. LightShadow twisted her hand all the way around, grimacing a bit with pain as she did. Then with a flick of a claw the chain was sliced apart. Then she cut the other chains, the bar around her mouth and the bindings around her wings and rose into the air, shattering the sturdy bars of the cage like toothpicks. She roared loudly, diverting all attention from the others as she said with her mind, "Now, get free while you can!" She began swooping around the market, well away from the other creatures so that nobody noticed what they were doing.

The Sea dragon turned to the guards stationed around his pit and cage. Their eyes were up as they watched the one flying creature. It would have been funny for Levian, that is if he had understood the human language. One of them said, "These guys need to know how to better keep their wares under control." Just about a half second before Levian's head burst through the bars behind that one. His jaws closed painfully over the shoulder of that man and the Sea dragon dragged him into the watery pit. The water begain to turn red, both sea dragon and victom were deep in out of sight. His guards started to back off.
