Alright, all you need to do is fill out a modified version of the dragon's form. It's simply this:
Name: (The name of your character)
Nickname: (Anything including formal titles please, if they prefer not to have their name shortened and do not have any special standing to have a title please at least say so. This way you do not leave this part blank.)
Age In Moons: (On DW 1 moon is equivalent to 1 year.)
Species: (obviously won't be dragon. We would appreciate that if it is a weird race- meaning not Human, Elf, Dragon, etc.- that you register it HERE so that we know a bit about your character's species without you constantly having to repeat facts about it in the actual RP.)
Description: (Everything physical about your creature. Make it at least 2 paragraphs long. Yes, I mean 5 sentences minimum per paragraph. We try to keep the bio forms at least a decent size.)
History: (Where they were born, parents dead or alive, etc. What's their Clan, lifestyle, food, etc. Also if they are a species resembling Vampires or Lycans in that they have to be changed from one race into the one they currently are, we would like you to include how that occurred as well. Your history will probably be at least 2 or 3 paragraphs.)
Other: (Current home if they have one, hopes, dreams, abilities)
Picture: (If you have one. If not then just erase this and put nothing after the 'other')
