Serrion landed somewhat quicker than he normally would, his landing building a rather large cloud of dust as he did so. The Blood dragon did not waste time letting out a powerful roar to attract Talana's attention. No matter where she was inside the tunnels it would carry to her.

Rushing to keep up, Fury landed in an equally less-than-graceful manner. Still she barely stumbled as she folded her wings and waited. Serrion's roar would most certainly call Talana swiftly. Soon a roar echoed through the caverns in response. ~You couldn't have called more subtly?~ Talana's voice chuckled while slipping into both of their minds.

Serrion blushed slightly as he folded his wings and moved into a sitting position to wait. ~Sorry. I often forget about this way of speaking.~

~It never was your preference,~ Talana laughed. She emerged from the caves shortly after. "Of course I forgive you. You are my brother after all. What brings you two out here?"
"...Your other brother." Fury said seriously.
"Oh my... I'd better sit for this one."

"Daigmar is getting more daring." Serrion told her. "Just last night he made an attempt on Ebony's life."
A mist had gathered over the area and out of it came the ghostly form of a golden scaled dragon. The elder Shavron looked to both Serrion and Talana and then spoke. "Our troubled child has for years been in a place of absolute servitude to Gaulroach. Now that he is free he seeks to reach the exact polar opposite of questionless servitude... complete domination. With the power in his hands he will grow only more paranoid and more daring. Attempts on the lives of Ebony, Gaulroach, and anyone else that he considers a threat will become more dangerous and more frequent shortly."
Serrion seemed unfazed by Shavron's appearance and so went on. "Gaulroach is taking shelter with Ebony since Daigmar overtook his power. He wants us to join with them to stop Daigmar." He thought and added something else. "Without his tower he's going to die, that scar over his heart is now bleeding. It didn't even do that the time I reopened it, just like it was empty space inside before. But whether or not he's just trying to save his own tail Daigmar is very dangerous."

A hardened, battle worn wisdom settled over Talana. It was like a sheet that didn't quite fit over her but that she was quickly expanding her influence over to properly fit in with it. Sama's voice became apparent in mind-speech. ~He is a fool to challenge even a weakened Gaulroach.~ the red dragon snorted.
Fury shook her black head. "Serrion's words are true... I'm afraid weakened is a bad word choice. He's most certainly in bad shape and even under Ebony's supervision and protection one successful ploy by Daigmar could lead to disaster."
Taking in the facts, a tight frown pulled over Talana's face. "I know my brother- our brother... He is as Shavron said and growing worse. If you think Gaulroach or Ebony happen to be in this to save themselves speak now but after your facts being delivered to me I must say I firmly believe in stopping his actions. Our Clan is our concern first before other things and as Elder and as his sister I feel obligated to assist."

"Gaulroach will be doing this to get his power back, his means whether the goal be different from ours will still lead to the same end." Shavron looked around at them. "My brother has wronged all of you; but in this case he is not our enemy. We should learn in this case to hold away our anger until the time become appropriate to allow it to show again."

"Agreed... for once we shall end this grudge. Putting differences aside is a severe challenge but it must be done for the sake of pulling this off," Fury said with a nod.
Talana heaved a sigh. "As horrible and painful as that sounds... Shavron you're entirely correct on the matter."
~Then we have no alternative options?~ Sama asked, making sure no one rushed into a choice.

"We may need my half brother's help to remove of Daigmar." Shavron told her. "He can aid us in battle, and his understands demons better than most."

~Then I accept this course of action. Talana you have my approval. I trust Shavron's side of this story.~ Sama agreed.
"Good, I'd hate to think of entering a battle without you Sama... Now the question is how to go about this? I assume Gaulroach intends to mobilize immediately?" Talana asked.

Shavron nodded. "Most likely as soon a we join him. He knows we are; none of us would let Daigmar stay unchallenged."

"Who else is going to be informed?" Talana asked, getting down to business matters. She truly had grown into the Clan Elder quickly. It was a relief.
"Venus and Leander if we can manage it. Potentially others too. I'm sure Sheakria already knows," Fury replied.

A grim feeling flashed in the back of Serrion's mind. "Crimson told me that we shouldn't go for too many more than that." Serrion explained to them all. "We'll be in enemy land... and they'll know it better than us. Sneaking around will be hard even with a small group; and with a smaller force even if we are found then Daigmar might let his ego get the better of him and allow us to approach unscathed."

"So we should leave Leander and Venus out?" Fury said with a frown. She didn't like the idea of leaving their friends behind but it made sense not to risk getting caught by Daigmar's net of forced followers.

"We did not mean that." Serrion shook his head. "Just... not many more." "That is a wise choice." Shavron concluded. The whisps of the golden dragon's essence slowly faded away into fog. "I will find her... and tell her to meet us at Ebony's tower." His voice faded off.
