She stretched before craning her neck like a swan and slipping into the cool water after him. Closing her eyes for a moment she enjoyed the coolness of it before reopening them and looking over at him. "Thank you for showing me this place... it's beautiful."

Serrion smiled and swam up beside her. "I thought you would like it. It is a nice place to be, to cool down. I remember, it was a lake like this I met my mate... I had one once you see... But she was killed."

She paused for a moment, allowing silence to stretch over them. "I'm sorry to hear you lost her."

Serrion nodded. "Another debt Gaulroach will have to pay." He swam a bit closer and smiled at her. "Again none of that should pass onto you, I have no hate for you. I have already forgiven you for what happened when we first met."

She craned her neck and placed it over his for a moment in a hug. "I thank you for that... You're the only one who would forgive me for something."

Serrion smiled, nuzzleing her neck back. "maybe I'm the first who's tried to be with you peacefully."

"Sad but true. As it shows, many are afraid... it wasn't always like this, though."

"I do not doubt you lived peacefully once." He smiled and continued to nuzzle her. "Before you were the Lady Sheakria of Gaulroach's Officers. Where did you come from before that?"

"I came from a Clan that is almost nonexistent even when it was alive. We thrived, being a rather large and powerful Clan but it was the fact that we were so secluded that kept us an unknown factor of the world. It went well for many centuries and countless generations, but one day... well the even that caused me to be what I am today occurred." Sheakria said most of this without any emotion until her voice dropped a bit at the end, almost in an angry manner.

Serrion smiled at her. "Clans come and go... Dragons die, but our race repopulates, it continues. So long as you live on, so long as your children live on, your clan will never trly be dead.

Sheakria sighed. "Well in any case... our leader turned out to be treacherous. He destroyed our Clan alone. And I in turn destroyed him. Thus is the story."

Serrion nodded. Quiet now... "I am sad to hear of your history..." He tilted his head and swam just a bit off from her. "How about if we think of something else? No reason to go to such sad topics."

She nodded. "Nice idea." Sheakria thought for a moment then smiled. "How deep is this lake?"

"Very deep." Was the first answer he gave her. Then he thought about it more carfully. "More than ten times my height, at least."

"Hmm..." Sheakria thought for a moment. Then she smiled, splashed him, and dove under the water.
