Anyone fancy an elemental RP? Haven't done one for ages... May even have a plot for one if I can dig it out from somewhere...xD

OH YES! *dances around* I've been wanting one lately! (I have what I call an 'animal classed earth elementalist', meaning she's got animal based powers.)

Ooh. That sounds quite interesting. I have been fancying an element roleplay for quite sometime. And, if I do join one on here, it'll help me try to get on more often. All the homework I have is scary though. D: I stay up for at least three hours each night trying to finish it.

{Kewlness! Rightie - time for a setting. And an enemy...muahaha!}
The sun was rising slowly above the city. Rays bounced off gleaming glass buildings and the windows of the modern hovercars. In the middle of all these flash new city developements, an old three-story Victorian house stood out like a sore thumb, its gardens stretching right out to the road. You'd think that something like that would catch the attention of passers-by, but they simply did what they did best - passed it by, as if it wasn't there at all. A faded sign proclaimed in gold letters that the house was in fact, 'Rune Academy, established in 1600 for the Elements' The Elements in question were in fact living in the house, as well as trying to teach themselves to control their powers - the school was just a front. The house was simply known as Rune House among them. It was their base of operations for fighting against the invisible evil that only they could see... The Reverse Elements have been trying to enslave the city on the sly for near four hundred years, and only by the efforts of the Elementals have they not suceeded. It is a constant battle for those imprisoned in Rune House, venturing out every day to do recon missions, and well as hand-to-hand combat. They are well trained spies, fighters, and most remain in control of their element...for most of the time. But this group are new, and have yet to perfect their skills. Could this be an opportunity for the Reverse?
{There we go, setting and a bit of backstory for you ^^ We need all the basic elements if poss, y'know, fire, water, earth, air, light, dark...etc. For a change, since I normally like air, I think I'm going to pick light.}

The dire wolfess ran towards the Academy. She lept inside the window of the house, not caring what stood in her way of doing so. Anything that had been there would have shattered under her great weight and power. She skidded to a stop in the middle of the house. But what stood there was not a dire wolfess anymore...she'd changed shape. Now she was a pale girl, slim in build, of the age that appeared to be 15. Her eyes were still the mysterious gold that they'd been in her wolf form...slanted, bright, those of a hunter. She sat down, her blue shorts wrinkling as she did. Her white shirt had a low collar, showing a tight choker around her neck. It was the same silver one she'd worn as a wolf...inscribed with runes. "From the wolf came the human, from the human came the other animals. So says the greater forces of the world. And when all combine as one, the world shall face its fate as it unfolds before it." Is what it roughly translated to.
She smiled slightly, pulling a leg off the turnkey and sinking her teeth into it. It felt good to eat again...to keep herself full by ways of hunting. Even if most viewed it as stealing. They didn't understand the ways of the earth element as she did. Nobody could.

From inside the house, there came the noise of petite feet descending from one of the upper levels, down to where she had heard the crash through the window.
She was only a young girl - crystallized at the age of fifteen. Atop her head sat a cascade of graceful if slightly unruly blonde curls, falling and twisting down until they brushed her shoulders. Brown eyes blinked at the other girl as she entered the room, bare feet and calves visible from underneath a white sundress. On her shoulder, inked in bright yellow against her pale skin, the rune Thurizaz acted as a balance for her often unstable power, containing it within the straight line and sideways triangle.
The girl, known in this life as Elanor, tilted her head at her Earthian counterpart. The deceptive tattoo shimmered slightly at the proximity to another element.
"Back so soon?"

Between her large bites she took the chance to smile slightly. "Of course...went Dire Wolf. Quickest way to get around." She waved a piece of turkey in the air. "Want any or should I eat it all?"
"You're going to stuff your face again...like always." Came a male voice from a chair in the corner. He was looking at them with his deep orange eyes. "You've stolen more food." he noted. "You're going to get us all in trouble one of these days." He tossed a fireball aimlessly in his hands.
She growled. "And YOU, Alieron, are going to burn the house down! Knock it off!"
"Oh shut your yap, Fluff Ball." he answered.
She narrowed her eyes. "Don't call me Fluff Ball! Say it again and see what happens to you!" She curled up her lip, odd action on a human, and showed her overly pointed canine teeth.

{Hee hee ^^ *kidnaps air*}
Elanor's features curled into a smile, which quickly turned into a chuckle as she flicked a mote of sparkling dust at the fireball Alieron was tossing, giving it a golden glow. "We need to eat." she said in her quiet way. "Stealing'll get us into trouble, but who can prosecute you for wanting to live? We'll just have to wait until one of us works out how to turn invisible, then we'll be safe."
"Well, I guess that's your department, Ellie." A male voice drifted down from the rafters as Sarosh descended, floating lazily in a spiralling circle, until his bare toes brushed the ground lightly and he set his feet on the floor. Curly brown air and deep, piercing blue eyes took in the room as the seventeen year old grinned at his friends.

"She's right you know." The girl stated. She looked down at the turkey. "There's enough for us all to eat a small amount. I'll have to go get more later." Alieron stared into the fire, eyes flashing completely red for a moment. It changed shape into a living phoenix which was golden from the sparkles. It flew over to Ellenor and landed on her shoulder, not burning her even though it was made entirely out of fire. He smiled slightly.

Elanor smiled at the phoenix, and completely trusting, stroked its head, feeding more energy into it until light swirled in its eyes. She looked up and grinned at Alieron. "Maybe we could use this guy in a fight against the Reverse...? Bet they wouldn't like a phoenix flying towards them at full speed..."
With her words, the phoenix took off and circle the room, the light energy animating it to near-real life.

He threw a fireball into the air and the phoenix snapped it up, swallowing the fire and growing in size. "Would work pretty well." he answered. Suddenly the phoenix dissapeared and he doubled over. "Takes a lot of energy out of me though..." he weakly stated.
Marlie laughed. "You should've guessed that."
He turned his head, glaring at her. "You should mind your own buissiness Fluffy."

Elanor blinked and stepped back as the light energy powering the phoenix disappated, and the glowing mark on her arm faded back to plain gold ink. "Even takes it out of me, and I'm not even holding it in shape.." She pondered for a moment. "Guess we'll only use it if we happen to have lots of energy. Not that that'll ever happen against the Reverse..." The teen shrugged, then smiled.
"Anyone fancy a recon mission to see what they're up to?"

Marlie perked up. "Another chance to go wolf? I'm in!" She grinned before finishing up the piece of turkey she had in her hand.
Alieron sat back up slowly, wincing in pain as he did. "I can barely move...count me OUT for this one. I'll need to get my strength back."

The young girl nodded. "Go get some sleep or something, yeah? We're only going to do a quick check. Marlie, you're going wolf, right? And Sarosh, you're flying? Should I try and find them from here? I need to practice my telepathy stuff..."
Sarosh nodded an affirmative. "Only above clouds though - don't want to be seen."
{Hee hee ^^ Ellie special talent xD}

Marlie shifted into the white dire wolfess, meeting them with her golden eyes. Come on then... she stated.
Alieron just leaned back on the chair, closing his eyes. "Good luck. Wake me when you get back...and be careful. I can't save any of you in this state."
