Kanz manged to relax completely and dropped her head, her black hair falling into her face. She used her wings as padding against the brick and fell silent.

Dragncat thought for a moment, then decided. She gracefully hopped down to a lower ledge, deliberately scraping a claw loudly across a stone.

Kanzali looked up, her feathers ruffling. She spread her wings and flew upwards, landing on the rooftop. "Trying to say you're still here?"

"Yes." said Dragncat. Her fur was still fluffed up and her claws were extended. "I wasn't ready to leave yet."

Kanzali remained completely relaxed. "Trying to start a fight with me or something? You look like you're ready to attack... your fur's all fluffed."

"No... I fell off here once. I was lucky to survive. I'm just a little nervous." She clutched the ledge tightly with her hind claws.
